Yesterday I was on the go from 6 in the morning to 10 at night but the evening was very inspiring and has given me some new knowledge to help me along; if you are curious about what i am on about, drop me an email via the contact page 🙂
Some say that whilst doing a Clean 9 program you shouldn’t drink Green Tea, to be honest though, I’m not sure it has affected the program much since the properties of Green Tea actually has been said to help cut down belly fat naturally, more slowly than the Clean 9 however. If you want to try the clean 9 yourself you can purchase it from my shop. I’ll leave you to decide if Green Tea is a no no or not!
As I was out all day, I didn’t get the chance to eat well. I did however keep the calorie count under 600. The unfortunate part was the fact I ha salt and vinegar mini rice cakes and salt retains water, oops!
Today is Weigh day! I think after the salt I had yesterday I have put on a bit (1lb).
Starting weight: 12st 7lb
Today’s weight: 12st 2lb
So even though I put on a pound, it was still lower than the starting weight. The C9 is more of a detox than a weight loss program so if your results are much different, just remember you are cleaning your body from the inside. It is used in preparation for 2 other programs that follow which are more intense.
