Which did you choose to switch out. Breakfast or Lunch?
I went for lunch since it is more convenient for me to have a smoothie whilst at work. So to start, I’ve gone for simply vanilla to get a taste for my chosen flavour – it’s worth trying the flavour as is at least once to know if tastes good or not! It has been a while since I did my Clean 9 cleanse and since I had forgotten how nice the flavour is!
There are 3 possible ways I personally make up a milkshake or smoothie. With milk, with soya and coconut or half water half milk.
- 300ml of your chosen smoothie base.
- 1 scoop of the Forever Lite Ultra Vanilla Shake Mix
I had forgotten how much these shakes actually tasted like a treat rather than a healthy drink!
The shake mix can be added to just about any smoothie or milkshake recipe as long as the flavour goes well with the other ingredients. Personally, I think vanilla goes with most things I eat so it seemed the logical choice for me.
Onward to days 2 to 4!
