The Clean 9 has been tough so far! But worth it. From now, it will be easier.
On day one I had a much lower energy than I usually have as it was a busy day of visiting relatives and a family trip to the opticians for us – the usual check ups and my eyes are healthy thankfully.
Although I drink the Aloe Vera Gel anyway, the increased amount was quite intense even though I have done this before. I did keep thinking to myself that it was a nice shot of kiwi juice. Unfortunately I didn’t believe myself and just held my nose instead, drank the Aloe gel and drank some water straight after – hardly any taste at all.
The gel itself may not taste the best but it has so many benefits to it. So I figured, grin and bare it since it is only for 9 days and then I can reduce it to my regular amount of about 30ml. Thinking about it now, I probably should of switch to one of the other great flavours available – mmmmm there is a peach one, nom nom.
Day 2 has been a bit of a blur. Due to a few health issues that I already have, I needed to adapt the programme to my needs and one of the things I shouldn’t do is to let myself go hungry. So I could only do one day of limited food intake and had to compromise by having low calorie meals for the second – I learnt this the first time round.
For me, the programme is already different, so it will be interested to see what result I would get. I am pretty confident it will be great though.
Onward to days 3 to 6!
If you are interested in doing the Clean 9 yourself, drop me an email or contact me via any of my social media. I can, with your permission, add you to a closed group so you can take a look at what everyone else has been doing on all three of the programmes, including the Clean 9 and you can ask questions from others that have done them.
Have a lovely day x
